Home Equity Loans
Use the equity in your home for borrowing power.

As a homeowner, you're aware of the important tax advantages you may gain every year. But did you know that the equity you've built up over the years is a valuable "borrowing" tool, too?

Our home equity options let you unleash the hidden buying power in your home to consolidate debts, make home improvements, pay tuition expenses, buy a new car - you name it! Best of all, they're one of the few ways you can borrow money and still enjoy a possible deduction at tax time (consult your tax advisor).

Our lending professionals are truly home equity experts who offer a variety of customized options, competitive rates and flexible terms.

Select-Pay(SM) Home Equity Loan

We all need some payment relief once in a while. Now, that flexibility is available with our Select-Pay Home Equity Loan. You can skip loan payments - up to two monthly or four biweekly payments every 12 months.* If you never skip a payment, that's OK too.

With our Select-Pay Home Equity Loan, you have the option of making monthly or biweekly payments. Take charge of your budget and financial future with the flexibility of our one of a kind Select-Pay home equity loan.

*Each skipped payment is subject to a nominal extension fee. (The Select-Pay feature is subject to contractual terms including a requirement that the loan at least be in the 13th month of repayment and be current at time of request). Other restrictions may apply.
